This is a complete plug and play front suspension kit for a Tri-zinger YT60. This kit will replace the original front forks with a billet aluminum triple tree assembly and inverted suspension forks.
What's included:
(2) Triple clamps
The clamps are 6061-T6 billet aluminum and cut by our friends at Hostile Racing Products in New York.
(2) Inverted Suspension Forks
The forks included with this kit are 500mm in length, and suited for the OEM tire height. These forks are commonly found on 110cc+ pit bikes, and we have worked with the manufacturer to have them adjusted to best suit the YT-60 and other small applications we work with. The forks are made in China and limited in availability. Black fork guards are included.
The forks may have small dings, scratches or blemishes. We cannot help this as it occurs before we receive them. Please see pictures for examples.

(1) Stem
The stem is 4140 alloy steel and cut to spec to use with OEM YT-60 Zinger stem bearings and races. This kit does not include a stem bearing kit at this time.

The axle is metric tool steel and the material is sent through a centerless grinder to ensure wheel bearing fitment and a smooth finish on the final product.

The axle is 12mm like the original axle.

2 aluminum axle reducer sleeves are to be inserted into the foot or bottom of the forks, which accept a 15mm axle, this is done in order to use the original Tri-zinger axle size of 12mm.
(2) Fender and Choke Cable Brackets
16 gauge stainless steel upper and lower brackets to mount the choke cable and front fender.
All necessary hardware is included.
- You will need to verify that your steering stop is not bent, damaged or missing altogether.
- This kit is made to use with your stock handlebars. Other aftermarket handlebar clamps and handlebars may work with minor modification to the triple clamp.
- This kit does not include a stem bearing kit. we suggest a new set to be installed with this kit.
